  1. We tried yesterday a 240V to 120V converter, but to no avail.
  2. I recently purchased a CE5000-40 CRP from USCutter, and we cannot get it to turn on. There is not even any indication that power is going to the cutter (no mechanical noise, led light ups, the underside fan does not spin, etc). We have triple checked (and used alternate) leads, power points, and paid close attention to the "on" switch - but to no avail. We are in Australia, does anyone have any experience getting the Craft Robo Pro to operate? The manual (and Graphtec website) indicates that Australian power is supported. Is this correct? Is there anything else that we can do before returning the cutter? Thanks in advance, Adam Walker.
