  1. I have a graphtec CE6000 and everytime i send a job to it today my speed and force settings change to 1. When I manually go in to change them to say speed 15, it stays at 1. I did a factory reset and nothing. EDIT: Using SCALP....paid version

    Corrugated blanks

Probably a super dumb question but im drawing a blank here. Trying to place order with some corrugated sign blanks 36x24. I want the flutes being 36" long so if I cut in half for 18x24 signs the flutes will be going up and down on 24" wide side. here is what the listing says Flutes run the direction of the second dimension - for example, the flutes run the 24" direction on a 36" x 24". They used to have the image showing the direction of the flutes so never had to think about it and customer service closed

    Corrugated blanks

Thanks Dakota, yeah i went ahead and just ordered the 24x18 and will find the 24x36 elsewhere. they used to sell both styles but dont anymore. my local supplier went out of business now so back to all online orders.
  5. Got on today to cut some orders and notified of update. I update as usual and now it reversed my feed end, changed speed and pressure to 0 so have to figure that out again....but the real problem is its cuts exactly half size. 11" design cuts at 5.5". Of course cant call craftedge and have to do the dumb email support which can take up to 1-2 days and if nothing by day 3.....send another. Anyone have this happen to them with these un-needed updates? Cause worked just fine before

    PolyPro cutting mat

yeah my green 1 had print both sides but these clear ones dont. its even in the reviews so i knew that before i ordered. seems with 2 totally different services there would be a right side and a wrong side. 1 side is gloss smooth and other is rough matte

using simple seps for your separations? What ink are you using getting single pass white like that on black? All my white is print flash print to get a good cover on black.

    Catch baskets?

I love mine on my graphtec. didnt have one on my SC and anything cut long and it would end up on floor and no matter how clean the office is, always would pic up static dust. Also already mentioned if your roll falls off and your not around....unrolls a complete roll before you know it without one lol............been there.

    application fluid

I have 0 luck with rapidtac on cold or cool windows. On steel, never a problem. But every glass install i tried it on where there was air conditioning on even 1 side......NO luck. Just curious what your doing wet on a vehicle window. Ive recently done a whole back truck window dry using hinge method. Thats how I do 99% of my installs now. Last wet install I did was a jeep hood black out.

    Some kudos

I placed a vinyl order yesterday (Friday) AFTER 330pm, expecting Monday delivery. Making my lunch today (Saturday) at about 1130am and hear a big truck pull up outside. Its fed ex with my vinyl order already! Always amazing turn around times but this is above and beyond. Thank you very much for always being a reliable vinyl supplier with extremely fast shipping. Be even more awesome if you'd carry the other Avery lines as well lol. Its the only vinyl (due to a constantly requested color) I have to order from other supplier. Just thought id put that out there.

    Need shirts printed

Also how many colors effects price
  20. I have a feeling I undercharged a lot for the recent storefront I did. Curious what some of you would have charged for this job installed. I offered them 2 prices, just cut for $190 and installed for $290 as I was hoping they would take the just cut as I was intimidated by the size at first. But wasnt AS bad as I thought lol. Windows are 66" x 82" and door is 30" wide to give scale.

    Wall Decal and Sign

Talking about the White letters on the black wall? Its just a wall painted in a Matte black and I installed the 12'x2' White decal

    Wall Decal and Sign

Here is a recent wall decal and sign I did for the local 80's 90's bar opening up. I tried getting them to make the sign more flashy but they wanted my original design dumbed down to this.

    CE6000-60 pausing during cut

I think its a cut master thing. It only does it to me using that program to cut. Literally there is a play button that switches to pause when it does it

That is probably the best looking one ive seen. Thanks for sharing it. How far apart are the holes? I read where someone did them at 1" squares and didnt feel there was enough. Look slike yours may be at 1/2"? Also do you know the dia bit that was used?
