    I am trying to do the logo for the owner of LBC. I cant seem to figure out the font, "army chalk" is close but not close enough. PLEASE HELP

    I have a mh871. I have noticed that the pinch rollers are leaving a imprint on the vinyl. Do I nees to loosen the tention on them?

    So i have made many successful cuts but tonite qhen i tried to cut out a graphic the cutter started going everywhere then started cutting. It got about 30% done then went off and stated feeding and cutting at a diagonal line amost through the whole roll before i stopped it... any ideas. I am using SCpro and i have a mh 871 series cutter.
