I have the 5 in one. Havent tried the plate attachments, but the shirt part works good. I got the larger platten for it. Mug press is nice, no complaints. As a hat press... no! It doesnt fit the curve of any hats ive tried. It wrinkles the hats and the transfer, leave 2 big creases up the center of the hat.

Not sure, I have the 5 in one with a hat press attachment. I dont reccommend it. The curve doesnt fit a hat, and it presses 2 big creases in the hat and your image.

Ive got a couple rolls of the AT60. I won't use it for anything except layering things for my own use that have large areas of vinyl. AT75 is much better, i got the high tack stuff my my 651 layering jobs. At this point, all Im really comfortable using AT60 for is taping the end of the rolls to keep them from unraveling.

Ive got 1 5in1, and its been good to me so far. Still trying to find my niche in the market so I can make my money back off the heat press and dye sub printer. Cut vinyl is still my money maker at this point, but its nice to offer other options.

Not vinyl but something I did tonight.

Has anyone tried doing text on the mug handle? -

What time and temp settings are you using with the wraps? -
Ill have to check it, I think I have an IR gun at work. Im going to go through this case of mugs to myself
-
I lowered my temp to 360 degrees for 5 min 30 seconds, seems to be the sweet spot for blacks on these mugs. They were getting waaaay too cooked. No pre heating. Firmed up the pressure too, then backed it off just a touch when a handle popped off my mug in the press. Im having way too much fun with this. Now that its working.
-
Thanks for the quick reply. How about pre heating the mug? Or would that cause blurring as you are moving a picture around a hot mug?
-
Say you need to press a mug at 400 degrees for 300 seconds, is that from the time you clamp it down, or from the time it gets back up to 400 degrees? My press drops the temp to 300-350 when the mug is clamped, and slowly heats back to 400. Same question for mouse pads. My colors are very washed out and blacks arent that great. Using a ricoh 3110 with sublijet r, qc transfer paper. I have the sawgrass drivers and its set to normal colors.

Nice. That a ninja 250 in your profile pic? Or the new 300?

I would much rather use extra material than deal with miniature scraps of vinyl. Material is cheap, my time is not.

Great tip on the Crayola toy. I might actually go looking for one soon.

Are those pictures on some kind of light box? Can we see more of your setup?

That bee is awesome! Nice work.
