    Hello, Just got our 52" ZenCut Black in today. Still getting things set up, and so far so good. However, I am having an issue with the automatic media sizing. When I put in a 24" wide roll it's only reading it as 18.5". Am I missing something? This seems like it should be pretty straight forward.
