  1. My MH 721 recently collapsed so i got a hold of the nice people at US Cutter. They paid the shipping to have my cutter returned and upgraded my cutter to the SC Series. My first impressions? Well I'd let you know but it won't turn on. Not only that...but they told me to keep the stand for my MH because the SC would fit....WRONG!...I am beyond pissed at the moment...has anyone had similar problems or am I to mad to see that I am doing something wrong? I plugged it in (I also made sure the plug was working) flipped the switch and nothing. Made sure it was grounded, and checked the fuse. Did I miss anything? Thanks for listening to me vent... any help would be awesome!

Corel X6 and MH series cutter

This question has probably been posted before so sorry in advance if this is a duplicate. I am using a MH721... is there any way to cut straight from Corel X6? It would make things so much easier...lol. Thanks!

    Couple Problems

Awesome... The dryer sheet worked the other day, and yes it is grounded. I have cut heat transfer vinyl before with no problem. It just seems like it just started. I have switched from using my laptop to using a desktop so I'm going to try that and see what happens, also my desktop has Vista. If the problem still exists I will phone for help... thanks for all of the help!!

    Couple Problems

Using signblazer and when I cut vinyl it works great, but when I cut heat transfer vinyl everything goes haywire. It cuts random lines, after cutting the blade head shoots all the way to the left of the cutter and the rollers keep on rolling. It's freakin possessed! Earlier I was going to print out a number and it printed out an image that wasn't even on the screen.... I'm new to this. I'm using a laptop, windows 7, usb to serial adapter. MH721 cutter. Thanks for all the help in advance!!

Hey everyone! My wife and I are new to this... we are mostly doing vinyl cutting and heat press transfers. Pretty much learning as we go but do have one question. I'll ask it here and someone can please direct me to the correct area in the forum for answers. I am trying to cut heat transfer vinyl. I got my image ready, pressed cut, the cutter acted like it was doing something but did not cut the vinyl. It does fine with regular vinyl... but not the transfer vinyl. Please help! Gabe & Tabetha
