Im curious, why do you need it to be printed on the clear vinyl ? Anything printed on clear loose the vividness (colors are not so crisp) . Pm me if you still need it done, I will try to make it happen .

No need for wet application or app tape, just practice.

Laminating the print will help mounting, but it is doable without laminating.That is how I do all my corro signs. You have two options.; First is to print it 1/8 " smaller . mounted it and trim extra magnetic around . Second way is to print it as you do and apply to magnetic and if it stretches trim the extra vinyl around. Also if you use big squeegee watch angle and amount of the pressure you are applying. I hope it makes sense .

Ok, if you think you can keep printer busy there is no reason for not getting one. But if you are already spending money on printer DO NOT go for Mickey Mouse size (30" ) because you will be limited by things you can do (not able to print even 3' wide banner and in banners are money). Also most of the media comes in 54" rolls . As my friend Jfough mentioned earlier check out the guys from Solventprinterconversion.com , I have great experience with them. @ stetson5331 Self cleaning option on my Mutoh is turned of because it waste to much of the ink. I just run small set of 5 stickers (mine promo stickers) every second day. On Our machines with usage of OEM inks there is no reason to have it on. Just little bit of info I've learned from the guy who own a same machine)

Some window lettering for the Pizza Place, and 3'x9' light sign (acrylic face and lettering using oracal translucent vinyl) I had to go back later to fix outlines on the few letters.

Thank you on kind words. Printing was done on Oracal vinyl And mounted on the coroplas.

Yesterday was nice in Pittsburgh almost as a spring. Did this van outside. Oracal 751 purple cut vinyl and 3m IJ40 laminated for printed part. Thank you all who helped me finding font for the logo, and thanks to my friend Jfough for his help.
