    Hello All -- I am a recent purchaser of the ZenCut Black 40" model and I have just started the process of setting it up. I am reciving th following error message... "C:\\Windows\\System32\spool\drivers\x64\GETMAC-1.EXE The Application has failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail." After clicking "Okay" I recive this message "Could not execute the external program "C:\\Windows\\System32\spool\drivers\x64\GETMAC-1.EXE " I have no idea what to do.... totally lost... I look forward to your responses.. Thanks!
