Can someone make this into a png file for me? My sons favorite show. I have Photoshop and AI but no luck on either. If it has to be remade completely, how much would you charge me??

I ended up finding and changing another shoe. Im not sure why basic or any trace wouldnt work, must be something with that pic. Thanks everyone!
