    Wow. Apparently I missed the differences between the 2 paths and it's working now. Thank you for taking the time to point out the fix to my newbie question.

    I am having this issue too although the Settings folder is there, the file is there, and I tried Run As Administrator still with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
