Quadnickel

I have a new issue after running the machine for quite some time. The head will not move (X-Axis or Y-Axis) and the Z-Axis is just chattering up and down quickly. The lights and display are flashing quickly. I replaced the Z-Axis chip and it did not fix the issue. Along with this, the fans are not running. I'm wondering if it is a motherboard issue or more and before I throw any more parts at it, I wanted your input. It is a MH13751 Model. Thanks in advance, Chris Jones
