Why 2 extra connections to the board?

I have spoke to customer service and also emailed pictures. It appears I have the Titan 3 SE model and for whatever reason the board is different than the regular Titan 3. They are sending me the correct board. Awesome experience with customer service!

Calling them today. They were closed yesterday by the time the board was delivered.

Yes. I have 2 ribbon wires that cannot connect to the new board.

Anyone have experience changing a Titan 3 motherboard? My new board arrived today and it doesn't have 2 ribbon wire connectors that the old board had. 1st picture is the new replacement board. 2nd is the old board.
