    I'm wondering if you have the right drivers downloaded for it? Have you used it since you upgraded to Windows 10? I would try to go to the manufacturer's website. Good luck, it can be frustrating at times!

    You should be able to download the drivers from their manufacturer website for free to get your vinyl cutter working.
