    Somehow the knife offset got selected to .1 in the product manager settings. Got that taken off and it’s all good now! Working great

    Those pins are for interchangeable platens, I have a GK label press that has them. As far as the wire I have no idea. Call Geo. Knight, they are very helpful

    the pro upgrade is what you need > I just did the upgrade (@ 50% discount). Already booked job( which required "tiling" ) That covered the upgrade cost. WHAT A DEAL !!

    So what do you have the blade offset at? Look at your cutter as well as Flexi.

    I'm a little confused Am I 'mathing' wrong? If the SC has a limitation of 144" in length, and the 'word' that you're cutting is 16" long, then you can only get 9, out 144". (Although you don't state what height the text is, so I don't know if you're tiling it or not) And wasn't this originally about a tracking issue with a flag that was 45" long?

    Probably so but, I'll bet that is a big part of that . I had ordered some LED gas price signs for a local service station. The price was great until I got hit with IMPORT DUTIES and TAXES. Cut the profit as quoted for the job by 62%. Lesson learned.If a deal looks too good to be true...…..
