Hey All, We have outgrown our current platform and are putting the time/work in to migrate. I apologize sincerely about the down time Sunday early mornings, and can assure you moving forward we should not see this. It's a good problem to have - the community has been so strong, and growing so much that it's time to move onward and upward. No data loss will occur in these changes and you shouldn't notice any differences to the way you navigate the forums. Thank you again for bearing with us, being apart of this great community, and we will work our hardest to continue to improve your experience!

Like Mz. Skeeter said, without proof of delivery you will run into tons of scammers on Ebay. Let the Chinese have the pennies. Go after the dollars!

No problem. Platform is going to stay the same for the time being - just adding more system resources and streamlining. We may look to move up to a higher level of IPS (forum software) release - but for the time being we are holding.

thanks for the update Tom, last time we switched forum software we lost the ability to search all the old post essentially starting over when Marcus moved it right before he left. the post are still there but don't show up when we search for key words - was very hard change over that time

Did that thing come with a pen attachment? If so I would suggest a little learning time with the pen tool first so you don't waste vinyl. Butcher paper or something similar to run the pen on. When the time comes to cut DO follow Mz Skeeter's tried and true blade set-up. You would be surprised how many little problems you will avoid simply by getting the blade depth set correctly. Your current issue does NOT sound like a blade depth problem though. Double check that your pinch rollers are over one of the grit roller locations to properly get hold on the vinyl.

Thanks for that. I sell a lot of t-shirts on eBay and never have had a problem with delivery, but I use delivery confirmation. I could see people screwing up a decal install, and claiming that they never received the item. I'll stick to what I know for now. Thanks for the replies.

China along with the US heavily subsidize shipping from China to the US. We shipped a pallet from Shanghai for $225, that same pallet went from Mesa,AZ to Houston,TX for $540. It's very similar Costs of shipping but the difference is that both governments pay a bit to keep up trade relations.

A lot of those people only get paid $0.50/hr.

This is the best version -- http://support.uscutter.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/GetAttachment/190/24198 It doesn't provide USCUTTER models, but MH is RedSail, SC is Liyu, and LP2 will function with Copam.
