You are making it hard for those of us who want to stay loyal when you only discount items that are not commonly purchased. I need to pickup a bunch of vinyl and I waited until today to see if you would be running any specials on the standard Oracal products (631/651/751). It would appear, at least to me, that you are discounting items you want to get rid of, and items with very high margins. Nobody is asking you guys to take a loss, but from a customer who has spent a decent amount of money with you this year, at least throw us a bone and offer a slight discount on the items we purchase from you on a consistent basis. I wouldn't mind a minimum quantity restriction, such as buying ten rolls to get the discount. Just some food for thought.

I already decided to avoid buying a bigboy printer when I can let a wholesaled handle the big stuff and the smaller stuff I can send to Dakotagrafx. No maintenance, no breakdowns and no headaches. I love subbing out work

I tripped the cleaning thing on a couple wf1100's and had to run the program to reset it. my current 7510 is on tanks with no issues but the 7520 I have coming from a forum member will be running carts for sublimation so I'll have a real world side by side comparison.

They do make aqueous banner material. US Cutter is probably not gonna to have any. You can't use solvent, or latex ink, in your pigment printer. Why would you want to, when you can get full color banners for $0.99/ Square foot?

The stuff that Dakotagrafx prints is awesome. He included a 3" wide strip in an order I placed from him a while back and my sister saw it and is now planning all sorts of things she wants made from - way more than what I could do with one 3" wide strip...

Lol Jaybird. Originally came from Michigan, but moved to sunny SC in 2001. I quickly became a southerner and have a mental block about that white stuff. As far as I'm concerned the thermometer should stop at about 60 degrees because anything lower than that is inhumane. I lived in the Columbia area in SC; you a gamecock or a tiger?

Rule #1 for me is always more pressure and less blade. Never had an issue that way.

I use my extensive unused supply of green star. If I have finer details I sometimes switch to 651. I use the excess vinyl to wrap the rest of the item too so it is protected from overspray. I just cut it in strips like wide tape

If you are using Cobraink tanks or cartridges they told me on my WF30 that there wasn't much needed. I do remember that it really didn't need to be over saturated like you might for a picture. Just don't forget to mirror got JPSS and regular for darks.

It takes alittle bit of time to get setup but once it's setup it's not bad to work with. Check out youtube for videos on all the things it can do.
