Just did this over the weeekend for a friends new shop he just opened up. Specializes in building mud trucks and off road trucks. Nothing super fancy but he loves it. I am going to be doing about 20 more of the small ones (12"x1.5") and he wants 4 more of the big ones (48"x6.5") now sometime next week it looks like. And yes, the name of his company is LooseNut4x4. I think it turned out awesome and he said it looks even cooler on the back window of his mud truck! Gotta love happy customers!

He wanted something a little different but really like that font as it was easy to read and wanted the wrenches for the X in 4x4 and I tossed out the nuts for the O's ideas and then designed that and he loved it. And it really works too. I was really happy with it but in the end, he was more then happy with it and that makes me happy. This is why I love doing this.

No problem, glad to help. I wouldn't have been able to vector that one with good results either. I recreated it, the fonts are Bank Gothic Medium and Bank Gothic Light. I don't know how perfect it needs to be but I just noticed when I made I didn't have both lines of text aligned perfectly, so you would have to adjust it a tad or I can do it and repost it.

I posted how to do it in the post you got that from. It's done just like Ravenwind said expect you can leave all the text over the tread and just use effect and remove the outline. I'll do a video before the day is over... Sometimes we all go through this and are just missing one little step.

I etch mirrors everyday and the etching cream will NOT take the back silver off of a mirror i have tryed !!
