After going through lots of research my company was going to be a new customer. We had gone on the website many times during December and saw the stocking coupon codes and saw they originally expired on the 14th. As of the 14th, a new caption was put on the website saying we could use those coupons all month. So using good accounting principles we decided to wait till the end of the month to take advantage of the tax benefits of having items in transit on the 31st rather than already being on the premises.

When we got to the checkout page for our purchase of over $500, we were told that the code was invalid. I called customer "no" service and was told that "no, those codes expired on the 14th", and she totally denied that the extension had been on the website. We are so happy this happened because now we know US Cutter has no integrity and this has probably protected us from much more frustration in the future. It also assures us that we will not enter into a non-biblical relationship of doing business with someone who outright lies.

It also lets us know that a $100 discount is more important for them to keep than for them to get a new customer.

Thanks US Cutter for showing us your true colors before we ever wasted money with your company.

Made a recent order and was please with the ease of placing an order, but after that....not pleased at all.

	1. No way to contact anyone via email - I can't find an email address anywhere on the site.

	2. Received partial shipment of products and there was one wrong item, and I had no choice but to call - and then the phone rang and rang, before choosing to "talk to a rep" and then the waiting music was too long after 10 minutes, so I left my number for a callback, which never happened - TWICE

	3. I am on East coast so, there is a 3 hour delay on my end, but I tried to call one time around 3pm and get a message that "we are closed for lunch" Seriously?

I would like a way to speak to someone at USCutter - received a product that I did not order, and there is also no sign of it on my invoice. Would think y'all would need it back, unless it is a promo item and I just didn't know about it. Additionally, my invoice shows that one product was delivered and signed for, but no one has a recollection of receiving it. It was a MONDO cutter, so I assume it would be a long package...nothing in receiving fits this description.

I saw the nice big banner on the home page that the "Memphis Call Center Is Now Open". Arrived at Memphis Call Center at 4:36, to be told (through the door) that they closed at 4:30 (instead of the normal 5:00). I suggest adding the new will-call hours to the nice big banner so that no other customers will waste 45 minutes of their time, unnecessarily burn gas, and avoid a huge amount of frustration only to leave empty handed and have to do the entire trip again in the morning. Had I known of the time change, I'd have chosen the free shipping and avoided the trip altogether since I ended up having to wait another day anyway!

I own a small family-owned graphic design company in North Carolina. I am on my 3rd cutter from US Cutter. This is not because they break easily but because my needs are growing along with my company so upgrading the cutter as the budget allows becomes necessary (we simply cannot afford a +$2k cutter out the gate). I started with a MH-871 and it still serves our needs today without a single hiccup reported. MY next cutter was a SC2 which kept things simple and afforded us to have a 2nd cutter to run larger die-cutting jobs.

Fast forward to today as I just received my new Titan3. We purchased this cutter because we needed contour cutting when using Siser EasySubli and other printable vinyl. The ARMS feature was a huge factor as well as having a quiet servo motor. While it's too premature to issue my reviews of the cutter itself, my experience buying this cutter confirmed to me that I am with the right company. I financed this cutter purposefully because the bank would not lend me $1200 (too small of an amount) and I wanted to establish an additional line of credit as a sole-proprietorship. I will have this cutter paid for within 2 months.

With that said, when I received correspondence from Karl Bowman, President of US Cutter about the status of my financed order, I was skeptical that the contact information provided was actually his information. When I realized that the day of my ship, that I had ordered VM Cut instead of SCAL, I tried calling Customer Service but was placed on hold for a prolonged period of time. As is customary of shipped software, you often cannot return it once it has shipped so it was imperative that I catch my shipment in time. I opted to call the contact info on my emails and was astonished that I actually got Mr. Bowman's direct number. When I explained my predicament, he was quick to fix it despite my order already shipping. It is a rarity to get the direct contact of the President as often advertised these days so this experience stood out as extraordinary to me.

When my cutter arrived, the UPS man left it in a secure location but the exterior box had extensive water damage. The interior packaging was bone dry and the cutter operates as expected. This concerned me in regards to my warranty so I contacted Mr. Bowman (There was no time to return the cutter as I have orders waiting on this cutter). I now have an email stating that my damaged box will NOT void my warranty from the president of US Cutter as my CYA.

I am writing this because there are so many who come on this forum and trash talk US Cutter vinyl cutters or the bad customer service experience they had. I should add that I have a Graphtec CE5000-CRP-40 that I am selling because the contour cut feature was simply too difficult to get the cutter to cooperate but I have always had a great experience with US Cutter vinyl cutters. SO spend your money as you wish but as for me & my family, I will stick with US Cutter as a loyal customer. I have only ever had to call them 3 times in the past and each time was an additional confirmation as to why I faithfully choose US Cutter each & every time for my equipment needs. I get a quality cutter at a price that beats the competition when I can buy 2 of these Titans for the cost of 1 Graphtec or Roland. I'm not knocking Graphtec but I get faster ROI and lower TCO with US Cutter every time!!!

Our machine didn’t work from the get go so we called in for support on 4/22/2019. We opened a support ticket and just called back today 5/23/2019 to get the issue handled. The guy was great at the beginning, then he told me it needed a new motherboard and they would send one out tomorrow. I asked if there was an option to upgrade shipping for over night. I was then on hold for a few minutes and when he gets back on he says I WAS NEVER SUPPOSED TO HELP YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY, then was going to hang up. I said whoa whoa whoa please explain. He said this support ticket should’ve never been supported for reasons I can not disclose. I said this is MY account, no one else’s , why can you not help me. He said that’s information I can not disclose have a good day and hung up. So I thought well maybe my husbands name is on the account, had him call in and SAME damn thing. They said the issues were non-disclosure and hung up. This is the only item we have ever bought from them, no returns nothing. And we get hung up on for issues they can’t disclose?!?!?! What the f**k. I will NEVER buy anything from them again. We are returning this item and getting a plotter from an honest company.

I stopped using Adobe products because of that rediculousness! Please say it aint so and that VM is only working on an update!!
