Hey, I have been having issues with my machine cutting off lately.

There are a few cuts on the cutting strip i see but nothing major IMO.

I was just cutting a 24" long decal and seen it came off track about 1/16" twice since i had to cut it twice for a pair of truck doors.

Think this may be cause of a bad cutting strip?

This could cause this issue but examining other settings may reveal other issues that could cause this. I think it would be wise for you to visit support.uscutter.com and generate a support ticket. We can help you very quickly!

Submitting a support ticket would be great.  Attaching a picture of your cut, or the problem to your ticket would probably be the best course of action.
