Help with cutter

Hello,
I am not too sure if this is the correct place to ask this question but I have a Rohs MT cutter and when I installed the driver it told me to use GraphTec as the model so thats why I am asking here.
Anyways it says to install the cutter as a printer and I have no idea at all how to do this.Also it seems that the comupter wont communicate with the cutter.I was using Artcut but it made my computer crash so i am currently downloading signblazer elements.Do you think maybe this would work?
Any help would be great!

Ok so I figured it out!!
just had to delete artcut and then change from usb to com2 even though im still using the usb.i love these boards!

Way to go Jane... So are you using Cutting Master or Robo Master ? Maybe Flexi...?
