I have the same problem on my machine too, but what I do is I turn on the cutter machine first before I turn on my computer, or I restart my computer before I start any cutting. Mz Skeeter is right also too much memory, and if you have it connected to the USB it cause signblazer to crash and not cut. Just make sure you save you work turn on cutter restart the computer and cut. Works for me
