Hi, Can you please explain step by step how did you do that please Beer on me Thanks
  2. Hi all, I have order for small layered design / 9x11"/. So gar I was layering such designs at the spot in process of installation but decided to test layering everything before going to customer. The test I did at home showed some issues - lots of bubles arround layer contours which does not look like they are going to disapear. I think this is due to the fact that squegee does not have good contact over ages of upper layer so the back layer can not be preesed down good /see attached photo/. Any tricks how to do pre layered install so I can save some time. Thanks

    Design order

Thanks for the answers I got the part with customer has to pay for redesigns if it is not my error but how to make sure that the customer understand what is going to be designed - do you have the customer sign form with description what is requested to be done?

    Design order

Hi all, I have customer which ordered design of logo for his company. He keep changing the design requirements and I have to make third logo for his approval. The changes are not minor so the logo has to be redesigned every time. How do you deal with this situation? Do you have order form with requirements written down and signed by the customer? Do you charge extra for every redesign you have to do due to customer changing the task? Thank you

    SCALP Separating Colors Option

What I am doing is import the graphics in SCALP and check if the colors are separater correctly. If not mark the elements in the same color and change it from SCALP so they will be separated correctly for cutting. Even small variation will make SCALP to do one volor as few different colors. Once you are done with that and you start cutting separate colors it will ask you to load the color which is going to be cutted
  6. Hi, I have inquiry for cutting small 1.5"x1.5" graphic with some small details to weed, single color, 30 pcs with ready to cut artwork. It will be single color and the vinyl will be oracal 651 I have hard time to come up with price. What would you charge for order like this? Thanks
  7. My question is If you charge more since it consumes more time to cut weed and apply layers + more material for multy layared designs
  8. May be I have to clarify ther I am talkong about cut vinyl not printing
  9. Hi all, How do you charge for design with more than one color? As percentage "single color" price, calculate it as separate color or what is the most common practice? Thanks

    bubbles issue

Hi all, Yesterday I had to install graphics on window. It was wet install using rapid tac 2, used ORACAL 651 and RTape Conform Series 4076-RLA. The graphic was constructed mostly from large pannels / 30x72", 18x72", 12x72" etc./ The first layer over the glass /solid white covering the whole glass/ went good with same technic I used on previous installs but the layers on top all got tons of bubbles. It was about 90 F temp with direct sun light to the installation. What can be the causes for all that bubbles - never had this problem before? I was thinking that high tach transfer paper may lift the finyl since it is large area pulling or did not wait enough for the fluid to evaporate. No idea at all And yes- I wettet good the paper before removal and pulled straight back on 180 degrees. Please help. I will most likely have to redo it but I want to have it done perfect next time Thank you P.S. this is my first time installing such large pannels, so far I had mostly letters and shadows, some times big letters with 2 layers but still small compered to the pannels described above.
