Hi THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your replies. i have a us cutter 721. haven't had any trouble with this machine for 6 months and expect to for alot longer. i have replaced the strip a month ago and no problems. my speed is always at 100 and pressure normally 100 but atm its 140. i will spool off some more and try again. The depth of the blade seems to be good, it barely marks the backing and weeds easily. Rollers are always on the cross hatch section of the wheel. Q. would uneven pressure between the two end rollers pull the vinyl offline my notes - always cut with the cheap vinyl on Decals you haven't cut before. - spool off vinyl first especially for long runs. hi, my cutter does the area test over 5 metres no problem but when i select cut it does the first line or so no problems but the tracks off line and the cut goes off the page. wasted good vinyl today . any suggestions?

Legendary worked straight away. TYVM. btw the software looks exactly like VinylMaster Cut but called SignMaster Cut. Cheers
