Arty-rc I do not move anything on the cutter. I left everything as is

Hey guys sorry I was vague. I am using the MH721. I am using the program that came with it, Sur Cut A Lot 3 Pro. When I center an image in the program and send it to cut the cutter cuts off of my working area to the left.

All I am a complete Noob. When I send the job to print the job cuts 4 inches to the left. I have no idea why. Please help
