Thanks guys. I was looking at the Roland because of cost and size. However, the Mutoh vj628 24" does look good and the price is a lot better than the Roland. That gives me food for thought. Now to get some reviews on the Mutoh.

Hey all, I am considering a Roland BN-20 to expand my shop's abilities. Anyone have a BN-20 and what do you think of this unit? Thanks for your input, James

Very nice work.

That looks really great. The colors are so bright.

Thanks guys. With your help I think I have colors that work. If I land the gig, I'll be sure to post my work.

That's a great orange, thanks! The beige I think I can find since a few manufacturers have it. Now to get that muted black or dark grey.

I don't have color names. Matte would be best. The colors come from the Half-Life gaming series and are found in various images from the computer game Team Fortress 2.

I have a potential client that I would really like to accommodate. He has clean, well designed t-shirts that he wants to order in small numbers. Each only using one to three colors. This sounds like a job to be done in heat transfer vinyl. The only catch is that the colors are very specific and make or break the deal. So, is there somewhere that offers a lot of heat transfer vinyl colors? These are the colors:

Really great job. The colors and font scream Halloween.

Thanks for the advice and laughs guys.

Great feedback guys. Yes, the MD is not enough. My marketing campaign is a lot more than just the MD logo, but for the simple reason to get our brand on a garment that we are donating, we went with just the logo. If we were giving a discount to a customer, or sponsoring a team/event, you bet I would use our logo that has our name right under it. In the large scheme, the logo will become identifiable by just the MD and oval alone as it already has around here in my community. For now and in most cases, it is backed up by the name under it.

Another creation from MokiDesigns. Our county fair is just around the corner and many of the 4-H clubs have been ordering t-shirts. This job we 100% donated to a small group so they too could represent their project at the fair. we added a small company logo to the bottom of the t-shirts. Easily hidden if the tee is tucked in.

Awesome work. I wish I didn't see the blasting booth. I really want to make one, but do I need another method of work? Maybe. . .ahhh! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks all. It was a lot of fun to do and the colors did come out great. One last bit, it really paid off to order a couple extra tees. The customer notified me the next day and was all in panic because they forgot about two shirts. It felt great to be able to say, "No problem, I'll have them ready for you tomorrow."
