  1. Indeed. Fair point, I'm glad 101 solved his problem...
  2. Besides the color profile issue, there are other factors to consider. Is that Dye-Sub or regular inkjet transfer?, and the substrate is 100% poly, 100% cotton? if poly-cotton blend, what percentage? that's very important to know what to expect in Dye Sublimation, in short the higher the polyester percentage, more vivid images, stardard inkjet transfer are more like homemade craft even if the print is flawless will fade with time. Anyway here is the Cobra Ink Tutorial on ICC profile setup for the WF7510: https://cobraink.com/Color%20Control/PVideos/WF7010/7010PV.html
  3. No, it does not have Optical eye, nor a laser pointer. It is supposed to do contour cuts when installed via serial port, and using Sign Blazer Elements (USCutter Release only, the unlimited trial version does not have the "Cut Print" option activated), or Flexi Sign, I have read several posts with tutorials, but haven't tried yet. I tried the manual method with a single registration mark, with both Sure Cuts a Lot and Sign Blazer trial, aligning the cutter manually, but is very inaccurate (in fact the error margin is about 2% bigger than originals, too much for a precise cut and soon will post a help request on that matter). I will wait until I reinstall the cutter via serial port and the USCutter Version of Sign Blazer Elements.

    MH721 AYUDA - HELP!!

SAP: "It actually looks like a hardware malfunction... the carriage arm does not lift, which is strange, beacuse it's normal position is up, it lifts a s soon as the cutter gets power, and lowers only during vector cutting/plotting, and when you turn it off. Check that the arm lifts and that there are no obstructions between the arm and the carriage. If it does not lifts and stays up, something is wrong (which migth be the case, because you are showing continuous lines while going to a new cut, even when feeding paper to remove you artwork), even then it could be a just minor problem. In case that the arm lifts on startup, but when cutting stays down during the whole cut, definitively there is device damage or at least there is some wrong adjustments ot settings. Check it on startup, then take out the blade or pen holder, close the locking knob and send a cut to check if there is vertical movement. Meanwhile do a search on "Z axis movement trouble" to see if you get any additional info." Keep us posted... and give us more details (Connection type, software used, drivers, how long have you had the cutter and how long it has been giving trouble) for all I know it coud be Hardware issue, Software Issue, Diver Issue, Connection Issue... even artwork issue Good Luck (Buena Suerte...)

    MH721 AYUDA - HELP!!
