I I just bougth this plotter I did install all by the instruccions but the cutting cartrige doesn't move in x way all seems ok I did move it with my hand and is not lose or hang move easyli but ehen I try to move by test or by pushing the positioning button doesn't work. Any one can tell me how to fix this?? thanks
