Thanks for all the suggestions. I adjusted the blade a bit and I'm going to try to cut this again. It's a 24x40 design and I hate wasting vinyl so hopefully this will help!

I have a new 24" USCutter SC model and from time to time - especially on big projects - the blade drags and cuts a line where it's not supposed to. Any suggestions on how to stop this from happening?

I did a design in SCAL Pro using the Ahroni font. When it cuts, it doesn't cut the letters completely or it leaves a jagged edge. The "O"s are the worst along with the inside of letters like B and R, but it's really not cutting any of them perfectly, I've tried both increasing and decreasing offset but it doesn't help. Support is closed right now so any help is appreciated!

I tried searching and couldn't find what the difference is between these two settings? Could it be why I'm having the following problem: I'm trying to cut a 24x24 inch subway art project with a new US Cutter SC and I can't get it to cut like it looks on the mat. It even looks okay on the little preview that comes up when I press cut, but it is cutting off the words along the left margin. I've moved the carridge all the way right and it's at the edge of the vinyl but it still starts cutting at about 1 1/2 inches from the edge of the vinyl, which shifts the whole thing and cuts off the words on the far left.. The project is centered on a 24x24 mat with about a 1/2 margin showing on all sides. Thanks for your help!
