i have a MH-871 cutter and i rarely have trouble with it. iv recently switched from sure cuts alot 3 to vinyl master xpt 4.0 and every now and again when cutting the cutter will just go off and do its own thing instead of following the design. its done this with a usb and a com cable please help.

there are 4 bolt , one on each corner tighten up as well as any others that seem loose

i had the same problem with the 871, simple solution is take the black cover off of the cutting head and tighten all the bolts for the cutting head, you will see 100% improvement in your cutting, i set my pressure at 120 and keep my speed low with no over cut and an offset of .25

i figured it out, i took the cover off the cutting head and found all the screws were coming loose causing the blade holder to wobble and drag

hi can anyone here help me i have the uscutter mk2 871 and its not cutting nice at all i put a new blade in just in case the depth is fine but the machine is not cutting with precision what do i do?
