I need help. I am new to Flexi. I am using Flexi 10 starter. I was using inkscape and sign cut pro. after my copam cp-2500 got done cutting out the image it would cut a square around the image. I can not figure out how to get flexi to do this. any suggestions on what i have setup wrong

Okay so my other laptop died. I was using sign cut pro, but my license was up anyway. I just bought Flexi 10 starter. My cutter is a Copam 2500. I am now using the usb to serial cable (which i never used before). Flexi production manager is showing that it's cutting but the cutter is not responding to it. Just wondering if anyone has had this problem using this cable and Flexi and if so how do i solve it.

Ok i was wondering if there was any dishwasher safe vinyl. my brother is a cook at a local restaurant and he wanted me to label his reusable plastic drinking cup. Is there a dishwasher safe vinyl which i can use??:)?

here is a sample of what it is doing to me. I made this lettering in inkscape using the font then duplicating it to cause a shadow because it will be two colors. I thought that maybe the cutter was set to fast and that's why it was screwing up, I slowed it down and no difference. my settings are 30cm/s, 30 g. if you look at the lettering you see that it did not cut the lettering right and instead of making the right cut it cut the triangle.

I have an HP laptop with windows XP. I'm using inkscape to design, and sign cut pro are my cutting program. I am linking the computer and cutter through serial due to trouble hooking it up through usb. I'm cutting by color. I am having more trouble with the black outline in CRASH. I just purchased a copam 2500. it is cutting triangles where it shouldn't be cutting and then not cutting lines it should. I'm getting sick of it and I am really getting pissed at it. any suggestions on how to cure this problem??:-[??:thumbsup:

I took a picture of the lettering of my boat and took it apart by color. I went to fill in the black and had a white space in between the fill and the original outline. I moved the nodes to make it look totally filled in, i then made it all one group and saved it. I then went to try to open it in signcut pro and it has lost the totally filled looks and now has voids. any suggestions on how to solve this problem??
