yes it came with a doggle. Have inserted it before opening the software and after. When I reinstalled all the info was in the boxes and they are all right. I even remembered to shut down the computer and bring back up.

I have Flexi8.5v2 FlexiSTARTER Pro Cut Edition. Have been using it and had to have my computer worked on. Now I get the message: cannot find the security key that matches the password. I uninstalled and reinstalled Flexi and still getting the message. HELP Ruth webbsplace

Thanks, Don't mean to be dumb, how do I submit a support ticket to Levi? Also, how do I add pressure with the t-Shirt vinyl? I took the knife out and lowered it to try to cut the shirt vinyl, didn't actually inspect it, but didn't notice anything.

When I'm cutting my cutter sounds like it is bogging down and will quit. Do I need new blades?? Also it cuts deep enough for weeding with vinyl to do signs, but not deep enough for the shirt vinyl. Help!! Thanks, Ruth

I can open Inkscape, but as soon as I select a file to use the error pops up and closes down. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. 0.46 is the version I'm using. Help. Thanks Ruth
