i called the tech line, and they helped get my machine fixed, one of the wheels on the track was not rolling as it should of been thanks

i am using a mh 721 with a usb connection and win pc sighn softwear about 2 years old my problem is when i have to make a diagonal cut across the vinyl it cuts what looks like a saw tooth pattern. i loaded a known good graphic that i did weeks ago that cut fine then now it does the same thing also, the machine is also making a funny noise, where do i start to fix this problem? thanks to all

what i need is a jpeg or some camoflage that i can clean up. i need to do a set of race car numbers and he wants his numbers to look like camo but be all flourscent colors instead, trouble finding anything good enough quality to work with..........thanks all

I looked on US Cutter and could not find the download section to get the new USB drives for my MH721 and Vista operating software. Can you please direct me in locating this? Thank you for your help. I bought this 14 months ago, so from what I understand the small CD that came with it wont work with Vista. Is this correct?

when it was giving me fits and tried not to delete eighter one of the images, after i trace the image and select and move it off the top af the other one witch on is the new image, the one on the top or the bottom, maybe that is where i went wrong

this is my first time using inkscape to vectorize am image. the problem is when trace the image and save it in an eps format everything goes good, i saved it in templates and on my desktop, but when i try to open it in my cutting program, it acts like it is working, i get a hourglass for a few seconds then the screen comes up blank??? oh ya i am using winpcsign softwear any ideas thanks fellas

I just download inkscape and have received an error while trying to open it. Windows can not open file incscape .7Z. Any ideas what program I need to get to open it? Thank you for your help. :'(

what is the best program to buy to vectorize images and why, i use winpcsign softwear only, i do mostly racecars and try to copy bussiness cards for alot of sponsers, the old manual way works but takes for ever,,,,,, thanks to all............
