    grid option on SignBlazer?

Well, duh. It's been there all the time. I guess the version I had before had a working button, but the ones I've downloaded to replace the one I lost in the computer crash has the radio buttons instead. Thanks.

    grid option on SignBlazer?

I had to reinstall SB after a computer crash. The grid option is grayed out on the UK version and when I downloaded the US version/trial, the grid option doesn't even show up. I *know* in the past I used the grid function. Is there any way to find it and get it to work?

Full version Signblazer Download (all cutters)

I have read through almost all 12 pages of info but am confused as to what to do. I have been using SBE for USCutter 6.0.21 for several years now, but the computer it's installed on and that I use to connect to the cutter is usually being used by another family member when I need it for designing. I want to download SBE on a second computer where I can create and save files, then access them from the other SBE on the original computer to cut when the computer is not being used. I've read that you *cannot* install on two computers without it compromising the program, but then I've also read that you *can* use it on two computers with no problem. I've downloaded but not installed both the signblazer_setup and signblazer_elements files from here http://support.uscutter.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/List/Index/27/signblazer-elements Which do I install and do I need to install a patch or use the info in the pdf file re: activation code?

how to make the outline bolder?

Sorry for the delay... Thanks everyone for the replies. Mr. Karma -- I like your reply -- I want to learn how to do it for myself for future use, but I *do* sincerely appreciate the offer from Nikklepikkle to help me by using Corel draw. I'll try the suggestions and let you know how it works.
  6. I have a font that I want to only print the outline of. Only problem is, when I set it to "outline/wire frame" the lines will be too small to make it useful when I cut it in the vinyl. Any ideas on how to make the outlines thicker? (Sorry if this isn't clear - I can't think of how to word it.)
  7. I am importing an .eps file into SBE -- under "edit" it shows that it was imported because it has an option to "undo import" -- but it doesn't show up anywhere on the workspace, even if I pan. It seems like it's an erratic problem -- sometimes they show up, sometimes they don't. Also - is there any way to get the holes out of the black lines in an image in SBE? One of the times I *was* able to import an .eps file that I had cleaned up in Inkscape into SBE, showed up as having small holes in the black lines. The cutter tried to cut all of these...
  8. I don't want to increase the height - just make the letters themselves thicker than I can get with the bold setting. Any ideas?

    SBE on two computers?

Thanks for the serial suggestion. We'd tried USB and parallel...serial worked.

    SBE on two computers?

Thanks. I can't even get it to cut on one right now. Tried USB and parallel - nothing.

    SBE on two computers?

I have read other posts but am still confused. Can SBE be installed on more than one computer? Can you use either computer to connect the cutter to (interchange from one to another)?
  12. I appreciate all of you taking time to answer the many questions I had. Looking forward to receiving our cutter and getting to work.
  13. Thanks so much! Triple thanks for the tutorial video. It answered just about all of my questions and more that I hadn't thought of!
  14. Thanks so much. That, along with the link to tlzimmerman's "how to" video, I think we're sold!
