Looking for a font that is just like used on US currency. Any suggestions Disregard, found something that works........ For now

Mark, you're the man! Any idea where that font can be found for free? Doing these as a favor for a friend.

Cut vinyl and printing has been good to us but I'm turning away a lot of business with not producing shirts. That being said I've decided to start dye sub and silk screening. So I have some questions to ensure I don't feel I need bigger/better equipment in a few months. I want to buy right the first time. For dye sub, which printer is recommended most for both versatility and operation cost? Affordable inks, upgradable paper size, etc. For screen printing, I'm torn between a 6 color, 4 station and an 8 color, 6 station. How often are jobs more than 6 colors? It's not a terribly large difference in price but I don't want to be stuck with a Hummer when I only need an S10. What have you found in screen printing was your biggest expense? Any additional advice is welcome as well.

Can't find the exact fonts used here even though they appear to be quite simple.

Font is creepsville, making the stroke really strong will give you the additional points extended above and below.

I've been thinking of getting a Summa DC4x printer. Can anyone with experience with these chime in on some questions. 1: How much production will I be able to get out of a ribbon? 2: Reliability? 3: Maintenance 4: They claim that theres no need for lamination with the thermal printing process. How long will items printed last outdoors? (Keep in mind a bulk of my business is in SW Florida) I know a lot of these questions are answered on their website but I'd rather hear it from someone who's not trying to sell me one but has used one.

I'm not too worried about them, they seem to be reaping what they've sown with other customers. I give them a year before they're out of business completely.

Hahaha, great responses guys. I may have to educate someof you on the difference between rap and real hip hop. I agree rap is total sh*t but hip hop will tell you a story and make you move whether you want to or not. But yeah I listen to everything and anything. Mostly NPR these days though, keeps the mind sharp!

Dakota- The window perf is a 3M IJ66 that I got from a local shop that had managed to purchase the wrong material(they have latex printers) and was stuck with it. Got a 50yd roll for $150! I was a little worried cause it was almost a year old but for that price I couldn't pass on it. I didn't laminate it due to the fact that it doesn't get hit by direct sunlight and the customer was on a strict budget with that job being a quick necessity for their new shop. I did the research and saw that it's not a mandatory thing to lam window perf. Once I get a laminator I'll be sure to sell everyone on laminating. Ted - Thanks buddy, TAS kinda screwed me over in the end by not paying. I've thought of going there in the middle of the night ad removing all of it lol.

Heres a few of my latest works. First is a 120"x24" internally illuminated sign 2-4 are a dealership for a friends uncle 5 is a friends shop 6 is a guy who saw the window advert on my car and had some stuff done.

I normally listen to NPR or internet talk radio while in the shop. But when I really need to get into high gear or doing a wrap I throw on some tunes. Mostly new rock or old school hip hop(can't stand teh new crap) what do you guys prefer?

I sleep on average about 4 hours a day. I still have to work a regular job so I can only get things done when I get off of there. Plus I'm still teahcing myself better ways to do things. I've had no formal training in graphic design so I learn as I go. It's relaxing, kick my feet up when at the computer and enjoy a few cold ones.

See I never had one of those. I grew up in the midwest(sort of) but when we went looking for mushrooms it was always late at night when the humidity was just right. Don't judge me! We all have the right to a past lol.
