Reason you come to USCutter for your equipment and supplies
Bertie replied to Dakotagrafx's topic in General discussion
If there was a US Cutter in the UK I would most certainly make use of it, but with the cost of international postage it's not an option. Shame really as decent suppliers are few and far between here in the UK. -
What does the I.D.F.W. mean? I'm guessing it's not complimentary

I'm not quite sure I would trust this business...

'Personalised' hand written signs, I wish them well in their new business -
I know this is quite an old post but my settings for my MH721 remained the same when I upgraded to Win 10 (from Win 7) made no difference and everything worked ok after the upgrade. Here's my settings; Cutter: Creation PCut CT630 Output Device: Blazer.COM4 . USB Serial Port

These are silhouettes, why are some of you folks thinking they are wire frame?
-
There and back to see how far it is, must be a long way as they've not come back yet Probably most folk are too busy to come on here during a work day
-
Out of interest, why do you need clear transfer tape?

Wanted to share this - Silent click mouse from Nexus (wireless)
Bertie replied to Primal Decals's topic in General discussion
Never heard or thought about a silent mouse but it's something I certainly would consider, however at £44.53 (or $63.00 in US money), I'll wait until the prices come down a bit. The UK is not called 'Ripoff Britain' for nothing Bertie. -
Having wasted a lot of time on cheaper vinyls, I find Avery to be a good all round vinyl. Does cost a bit more but you get what you pay for.

Think I'm living in the wrong country, the most I could charge for that is £25 installed both sides (or $40). Now I'm off to book my flight
-
I don't charge for an install if the customer is at my place. For the minimal amount of time it takes to do an install, I doubt anyone would pay for something they could do themselves in a few minutes.

Does SignBlazer / Graphtech work well with Windows 10
Bertie replied to wickedstangs's topic in SignBlazer
My cutter and signblazer work absolutely fine with win 10. As for the privacy thing, I have more or less turned every option off on win 10. What I didn't like was the fact that google wouldn't work unless the 'I AGREE' button was clicked, I didn't agree so don't use google. There's nothing on my computer that's of use to anyone else, but feel that privacy is being signed away by virtue of being online. Not a lot we can do about that, but there again there's no need to be permanently online. -
My cutter sits in the dining room and the 8 x 3 foot dining table doubles up for weeding etc. It's only a very small room in a very small house, but for a house built in 1770 it could be worse

Solar panels are great if you're lucky enough to get a sunny day, what if it rains? the battery will need to have sufficient power to provide for this eventually. Good luck and I hope you get a sunny day Bertie
