My CT630 is not tracking properly anymore!

I am in desperate need of help. In the middle of a job, my cutter decided to stop tracking properly. Now it doesn't even start the job tracking properly. I would like to fix this cutter and not spend $4,000 to buy a new cutter. Hopefully someone has run into this in the past and can help me.

Are you locking down either of the pinch rollers in the very middle of the cutter?

no, at the edges. and it has stopped working now. just going to buy a new cutter. don't have the time to keep fooling around with this problem.

when I use 15" vinyl, I notice I have to be careful where the pinch roller goes.  There are 2 rollers with a space in the middle that doesn't roll.  If the pinch roller is clamped on this part, it will not track correctly.  probably not your problem, but just a shot in the dark
