cant get the cutter towork

I just got a creation pcut 630 and i cant get it to cut. The hardware is all set up but when I go to cut it doenst cut.

pc or mac? operating system? cutting software?

what exactly is happening? is it sending to cutter, but nothing? is it erroring at the computer side?

im using a pc and the software is signlab i go to cut and it just wont send for some reason but when i use signblazer trial version it works.
