After purchasing new cutter(but not from Desay) I discovered that if you used the Desay Tiger 1000 driver in Flexi 8.5 my Master XY300P cut with no problem. So much for bad motherboard as Desay wanted me to believe(Dave wanted to sell new motherboard at $160.00) It just goes to show that it does pay to try other drivers trial and error.
