HELP ! What happened with my machine ? (pic inside)

i don't know what happened with my plotter machine after 3 months never used ?

my machine YUNYUAN 1380 (CHINA)

software ARTCUT 2002

below my machine picture and result :

pic above, i tried change the setting of engrave like : CHECK AND UNCHECK DTR / DSR

ANd, please describe the means of :

DTR / DSR

XON / XOFF

RTS / CTS

Looking at the pictures the machine doesn't look 3 months old.  There is an inch of dirt on it and the sticker on the front of the machine looks pretty beat up.

Looks like your having a problem with communication between the computer and the plotter. I would check your cable and reset your com port.

The results look like an offset problem to me. I mean, when I change my offset value and put it too high it would do that kind of cuts.

Looks like your having a problem with communication between the computer and the plotter. I would check your cable and reset your com port.

yup, there is too dirty

and i already reset the com port, but didn't work (same problem)

Did you uninstall the com port from the device manager and hit refresh to reinstall the com port.

Then check to see if the setting on the new install port was set up right.

I have a plotter that needs the comport removed and reinstalled all the time and it does the same thing your picture looks like.

After the removal and reinstall of the port it work fine till I turn the computer off.

Are you running the xy-380 driver on that machine. Yours looks like the desay xp-380 but with a different name on it.

24 is the xy-300

36 is the xy-380
