Inconsistent line problem w/ PCUT

Just cut a 12"x20" sticker with lots of details for a friend, and I noticed a weird problem...

Some of the lines that were supposed to be ~1/4" were cut as like 1/8-1/10" wide, but some the same size were cut fine... Some that were cut really small were even missing small sections out of the line. Some lines were missing alltogether. Besides that, I had no problems...

Can anyone give me any input as to what this might be indicative of?
