some body can help me please

I want to know which configuarion is good for  a pcut 630 for example

press, speed and blade .../

because im trying to cut something after that some part of the vinyl come out ?

Make sure the blade is barely sticking out of the blade holder to begin with- you should barely be able to see it sticking out. A pressure of 120-150 with a cut speed of 60 should be good.

Ken, are you using that much cutting force with a new 60 deg blade? I'm set at 108 and cut's perfect. Pcut 630

I usually do not test with 60's, so the settings I posted are what I have found works best with the 45's.

I was wondering about that since almost everyone I know uses 45 blades as well. Including me.

I seen quite a few posts saying 60's do better on detailed images and such, so I bought some, really did not notice much difference, if any at all.

that's why I still have 2 unised 60 blades from the 3 I bought 3 years ago.
