joshlindt 2 Posted August 1, 2008 when i open sbe the live upadate windoe pops up then i get an erroe message that says "error sending request the server name or address could not be resolved" i get this same message when i try to upadate manually too any ideas what could be causing this? im running win xp home and i have norton is 2008 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
