BannerJohn 1,324 Posted July 30, 2008 I've had one for 3 years with not a problem.Tough as nails and a workhorse. On mine the pinch roller pressure is not adjustable and sometimes it doesn't track as straight as my refine, but that's the only bad thing I can say about it. I do like the one-lever that lowers all the rollers though.

Guest Schramm Posted August 10, 2008 I had that exact cutter for about 1 year as I got it on ebay. I just sold it last week for the same money that I bought it for and bought a 50" plotter from CutterPros, I love the new machine as it really KICKS BUTT in compairison but let me tell you I have Vista and the Flexi8.5 starter they provided does not work as well as they said it would and they sent me a burnt copy! I have found a way to make it work without issue BUT there customer service SUCKS!!! I could of got more help from going to my kitchen sink and asking my garbage disposal how to make it work as from them!!!!!!
