Sounds like either a communication problem or memory problem to me.

It just started doing it didn't change anything in way if connection. Is there a way to clear the memory?

the test cut works fine.

How do I figure it out?

How do I take it apart ;) is the motherboard in the bottom? I cant find any diagrams for any cuter, I have the bridge Cutter 50" I think the 720 or something like that.

If the test cut is working fine, I would lean towards a software issue. Maybe uninstall and re-install the software and reconfigure the cutter. Turning it off and back on clears the buffer memory of your Bridge.

Thanks, I will try and reinstall Flexi again I did that once already.

It's great that you help, trying to get an answer from them is unreal, my next cutter will be from here which may be soon if this doesn't work.
