Thanks nonabelle.

And yes Ken, she can say most anything.

She's only 2 & tells my husband.... "go to work" and "pop some popcorn, George".

She now says about 60 different things. And way too many sounds to count.

She loves playing cowboy & indians with daddy. All you hear is the sound of guns shooting & arrows going "swoope".

You could just watch her all day & be entertained..... to heck with t.v. around here.

The funniest thing is when she calls the horses & they come running, but the thing that drives me crazy is when she barks like the dog. The dog knows when to stop, but not Kenya, she'll drive you crazy.

A girl I dated in high school had parents that raised African Greys- those birds are amazing.

Kenya, absolutely gorgeous pets/family you have there.  Just saw an African Grey at the pet store the other day, I would have loved to get it, but to be honest birds of that size scare me!  :-  If I couldn't let it out of the cage, I would feel horrible.

I just had to LOL about the words your bird knows...lol....to funny

LOVE LOVE LOVE those horses too.  Makes me miss ours even more!!

Thanks...... we enjoy our animals.

I'm going to look at this 7 month old colt after work.

Just look at where it's living now. I want him so bad.

I'm going to make an offer, we'll see what happens.

The horse isn't even for sale. But maybe when I ask, they'll

consider.

My thing is....... if you can't afford one, your not doing the animal

any justice. They said that he hasn't had any shots or anything to this

point. Not even been seen by a ferrier (who can even see his feet-

he's standing in 8" of muck).  :'(

Looks like someone beat me to him. $100 bought him.

I was told they are coming back today.

I was told the little guy will have a 5 acres to run & graze.

I'll follow up on his new move. Nice ending-

I love ALL the pet pictures posted.

I agree our dogs are FAMILY!!  Even with us in the midst of moving (well eventually) I have to find a place to rent that allows dogs, because I will NOT give them up.  They are family and they come with.

honestly, I didn't do that it just happens sometimes. He has very long and thick hair from the shoulders up and  it just happens from time to time. Anyway,it wouldn't be 'mean' if I did...Fred LOVES attention and will let me brush, scratch, tickle,or rub for hours if I wanted to.

yeah....but she knows how she is. I do pay her though. I asked her when the last job she had was...she worked at the drug store in 1939 for $.60 cents an hour. I gave her a raise to .75 cents. She is happy.
