Throttle 0 Posted March 15, 2022 Hello: I can not figure out what is going on with my cutter. I have a SC2 cutter, SCAL 4 Pro software on a MacBook Pro laptop. I connect my laptop to the cutter with a Tripp-Lite USB Serial Adapter (that I learned about on this site!). When I cut multiple images on a sheet, the 1st, bottom right corner image is always ruined, but the remaining images are fine. Please see the photos. I use the pen because it is difficult to see a cut line, but the actual cuts are exactly like the ink lines in the photos. I am new to this, so it may very well be a user error. Please help me. darcshadow 1,626 Posted March 15, 2022 Are the images copies of each other or is it just one large image with multiple parts? Also, looks like you may need to adjust your calibrations a little. Object in the bottom right looks ok, other than the big problem, but the image in the top left, the outline is not a constant spacing around the object.
