I want to cut the inner circle first and then the outer circle because I don't want the material to release from the bed if I cut the outer circle before the inner circle. If not a Graphtec, then hopefully you are using a cutting mat, or you would be cutting, scratching, and gouging up your teflon cutting strip, which will cause you other problems.
