Guest Wkdemers Posted November 23, 2021 So I bought an Mh Series machine recently that came bundled with VM Software. I installed aid software and it ran flawlessly for about a month until this morning. No Windoze updates have been installed, nothing has changed since using the software last night but now when I go to import an image the explorer window doesn't open. It did earlier and when I went to vectorize the image that happened to load earlier the software scanned and returned a black screen to trace. slice&dice 2,450 Posted November 23, 2021 This is what I would do, as a troubleshooting process: 1. De-register the software 2. Uninstall it from your computer 3. Restart your computer 4. Run the installer again, place a fresh copy onto your computer (update if it asks you to) 5. Re-Register the VM. 6. Let us know what happens Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
