Vinylmaster Barcode Prints bold and smushed together

I've been using Vinylmaster for years with a titan 3 15" servo, and i always use the barcode reader. Just yeserday the barcode on my prints have been showing up very bold and smushed together so much that the cutter cant read them. I have no clue what could be causing this. It's not the printer because everything else on the sheets I print comes out perfectly except the generated barcodes. I submitted a ticket to support but that was hours ago and I really need to get this back up and running. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm having the exact same problem. It just happened randomly yesterday. I've contacted support but they haven't got back to me yet. 

Out of curiosity what version of VinylMaster are you using? I'm using Cut v4.0

This issue appears to be related to a recent Windows update that either has a small glitch or unwanted change in the way one if it's graphics libraries work.

Here is an update patch that should resolve the issue:
