Black Sheep 0 Posted October 4, 2021 When cutting Black HTV or even Navy Blue, my roland will cut part of the design and then stop. When i move the vinyl to try it again, it will cut part and stop in the same spot. I have turned it off, unpluged the printer cable, cleaned it with canned air, blew out the blade holder and it still does it. I have about 30 shirts to make and i am wasting a ton of vinyl. HTV is not cheap. Since it only happens on black and navy, i figure it is an EYE issue. I covered one sensor with light grey vinyl and it still does it. NEED HELP, Please. A newbie to the group not to Roland. this is my second one. the first one is up in the attic, i think i am going to go get it. I have been using them since 2012.. MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted October 4, 2021 I don't own a Roland, but I can turn off my sensors on a Graphtec. Can you turn off the sensor? Look in your user manual. I have left mine off since 2008.
